Terms of Service
Draft pending legal review
1. The service
Gongong AI is a hosted platform for planning, generating, scheduling, publishing and analysing social media content across connected third-party networks.
Access to third-party networks depends on those networks’ own APIs and terms. Where a network changes or withdraws access, the corresponding capability may change or be withdrawn with it.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Keep credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
- Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they grant.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload, generate through the service, or publish with it. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf: storing your content, transmitting it to the networks you connect, and processing it to produce the outputs you request.
We do not use your content, analytics or brand voice profiles to train shared models. Learning is confined to your own workspace.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to publish or generate:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Impersonation of a person or organisation, or content designed to deceive about its origin.
- Spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or anything that breaches a connected network’s own terms.
- Content that harasses, endangers, or sexualises minors.
5. AI outputs
Generated text, images, audio and video are produced by statistical models. They can be wrong, derivative, or unsuitable, and they are yours to review before publication. You are responsible for what you publish.
Voice cloning and avatar features require documented consent from the person whose voice or likeness is used.
6. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing is charged at ten times the monthly price. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
The 14-day trial requires no payment method. If no plan is selected at the end of it, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being charged.
Usage allowances — AI credits, video minutes, accounts, seats and workspaces — are stated on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
7. Availability
We publish reliability targets on the status page and work to them, but the service is provided without a contractual uptime guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where the circumstances allow.
On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period before deletion.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced in the product and by email before they take effect.
